There are different papers, but none listed the death date of Calvin Swift.

One one paper Moses B. Swift, father of Calvin Swift, states that this case should not hve been heard in the above court as Calvin Swift at the timne of his death was a resident of the County of Waushara and not the County of Marquette.
He also objects to the way the estate land was divided as it devalued the balance of the land, and it also exgerates the value of the estate Dated Dec. 30, 1853.

Heirs are listed as Enice Swift, widow of Calvin, Francella Swift and Keyes Swift, infants.
